Educational Qualification:
- Mining: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Survey: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining / Civil Engineering with Surveyor Certificate of Competency or M. Tech (Geomatics) or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Engineering Services: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical/ Mining Machinery/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation/ Electronic & Telecommunication/ Civil/ Architecture/ Ceramic) or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- HR: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Science/ Engineering/ Professional Studies [BBA/ BCA etc.] with MBA with specialization in Personnel Management or Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ Social Work as acceptable under various Labour Legislation for working as Welfare Officer or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Finance: Candidates must have passed a Passed Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ UK or of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India/ UK or MBA (Finance) or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Law: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Science/ Engineering/ Professional Studies [BBA / BCA etc.] with Bachelor’s Degree in Law including five years integrated BA/ B.Sc./ B. Com./ BBA LLB. Preferred: LLM or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Materials & Contracts: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering with Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management or MBA with a specialization in Materials Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
