Eligibility
You need 12th with 50%, or 10th plus ITI or NAC, and a degree, diploma or certificate in the discipline from a recognised body. The 50% rule does not apply to SC, ST, ESM, PwBD or those with higher qualifications. Age must be 18 to 30, with 3 years' relaxation for OBC and 5 for SC and ST. The notice gives the cut-off date and other relaxations.
Fee and how to apply
The fee is Rs. 500, of which Rs. 400 is refunded if you attend the exam. SC, ST, ex-servicemen, PwBD, women, minorities and EBC pay Rs. 250, which is fully refunded if they attend. Apply through rrcser.co.in from 17 October to 16 November 2026.
