Overview
The instructor runs only the morning yoga and IEC session at an Ayushman Arogya Kendra (AYUSH HWC). Send the application with qualification documents by post or by hand to the office of the District Ayurvedic and Unani Officer, Room 302-303, Third Floor, District Administrative Complex, Sangrur, by 13 November 2026, 5 PM. Eligibility
- Class 12 from a recognised board.
- Punjabi up to matric standard.
- Certificate, diploma or degree in yoga from a recognised institute, or at least 5 years of experience certified by a yoga institute.
- Age 20 to 45 on 1 January 2026.
- Medically fit, as certified by the Civil Surgeon.
Selection
Marks are given for Class 12 percentage (up to 10), the yoga qualification (10 for a certificate, 15 for a diploma, 20 for a degree), yoga experience (1 a year, up to 5), age (up to 5) and an interview (5). Candidates from the village where the AYUSH HWC is located get preference. The honorarium is Rs. 250 a session, up to 32 sessions a month.
