Overview
Under Allahabad High Court circulars, retired employees of the judgeship who have not yet turned 65 can be re-employed on vacant posts. The engagement is fully temporary, for one year, or until 65, or until the post is filled by promotion or direct recruitment, whichever is earlier. Pay is the last pay drawn on the post minus the pension, paid as honorarium, with other allowances under UP Government orders. Submit the application in the set format, with an age certificate and a health certificate, at the administrative office of the District Court, Sitapur, by 16 November 2026, 4 PM (notice dated 5 November 2026).

Who can apply
- Only retired employees of civil courts who have not completed 65 years.
- The form asks for the post you retired from, your retirement date, last pay drawn (attach the last pay certificate and pension certificate) and the court you retired from.
- Applicants who retired from courts outside Sitapur must attach self-attested copies of the last five years' ACRs.
- The number of posts may go up or down.
