Overview
Selection follows the NALSA Scheme for Para-Legal Volunteers (Revised), 2009. The notice does not give the number of PLVs. It says PLV appointment is not a job and carries no salary or wages, only an honorarium fixed by OSLSA. Women are preferred, and SC, ST, minority and OBC applicants must be represented.
Who can apply
Local residents of Nuapada district who are Indian citizens, literate (preferably matric) and of good moral character. Teachers, ex-servicemen, retired government staff, senior citizens, MSW students, anganwadi workers, transgender persons, doctors, students and law students, members of non-political NGOs and self-help groups can apply.
How to apply
Send the filled form with self-attested copies of age, caste, qualification, residence and experience documents by 15 December 2026, 5 PM. Applicants from Nuapada and Komna blocks send it to DLSA, ADR Building, District Court Complex, Nuapada 766105. Applicants from Khadial, Sinapali and Boden send it to the chairman of the TLSC of their block. A committee shortlists and interviews candidates; no TA or DA is paid.
