Under Memo No. 320/DH&FWS/II-3, dated 13 October 2026, this recruitment replaces notice 1019/DH&FWS/II-3 of 5 December 2025, which was cancelled. Engagement runs up to March 2027 at first and may be renewed. Applicants must be permanent residents of West Bengal who can read, write and speak Bengali.

Eligibility
Staff Nurse: a GNM course recognised by the Indian Nursing Council or West Bengal Nursing Council, or a BSc Nursing, with West Bengal Nursing Council registration. The upper age is 40 on 1 January 2026. Merit is based on the qualifying exam marks.
Block Data Manager: a graduate with at least a one year computer diploma from a government registered institution, working knowledge of MS Office and the internet, and 3 years' government or 5 years' private experience in data recording and analysis. Age must be 21 to 40 on 1 January 2026. Merit uses 100 marks, of which the computer test is 70, with 50% needed to qualify.
How to apply
Fill in the online recruitment form through wbhealth.gov.in by 13 November 2026, and pay by NEFT or online. Keep the printed form and payment proof for document verification, and do not post them. The provisional list is due by 20 November 2026.
