Moradabad Academic Resource Person Selection 2026 - 10 Posts for Council Teachers, Apply by 5 November

In a notice dated 21 October 2026, the District Basic Education Officer, Moradabad, invites council school teachers to apply for 10 Academic Resource Person posts at block and city resource centres. This is a selection from serving teachers, not open recruitment. ARPs continue to draw pay from their current school and get a Rs. 4,500 a month mobility allowance against targets.

You need a graduate degree with teacher training, at least 5 years teaching in a council primary or upper primary school, and at least 5 years of service left. No inquiry or disciplinary finding can be pending against you. Anyone who has already completed the 3-year maximum as ARP cannot apply, unless there are too few applications.

The written test carries 70 marks and the interview 30. Only those with at least 60% in the written test are called for interview. The term is one year, renewable on annual appraisal, to a maximum of 3 years.

Fill in the form attached to the notice, with the block name clearly on the envelope, and get your application forwarded through your Block Education Officer. Send it in a sealed envelope by registered or speed post to the District Basic Education Officer, Court Road, Moradabad 244001, to arrive by 5 pm on 5 November 2026.
