Overview
Under Advt. No. Admn/Rectt/2026/40, dated 23 October 2026, IIM Mumbai is hiring 5 non-teaching staff for its Weekend MBA programme. The contract is initially for one year through an outsourcing agency and can be extended, with a performance review after three months.
Each post also gets an Out of Campus Allowance of Rs. 4,500 and mobile reimbursement of Rs. 500 a month.

Work schedule
Staff work six days a week: Saturday, Sunday and four weekdays, with a day off in lieu of Sunday on the following Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Leave is 8 casual days and 2 restricted holidays a year.
Selection
The Institute may shortlist on higher qualifications or experience. Selection is through an interview or another test it considers suitable, and interview dates are sent by email only. Shortlisted candidates bring original documents and one set of photocopies.
