Overview
Under Advt. No. E/05/2026, dated 16 October 2026, HURL, a joint venture of IOCL, NTPC, CIL, FCIL and HFCL, is hiring for vacancies against expected attrition. Several vacancies can be filled at more than one grade. Executive posts carry one year's probation, and fixed-term contracts run for 3 years, extendable by 2.

Pay and eligibility
Approximate CTC is Rs. 35.30 lakh for Additional Chief Manager, Rs. 31.40 lakh for Senior Manager, Rs. 27.50 lakh for Manager, Rs. 22.10 lakh for Deputy Manager, Rs. 18.40 lakh for Assistant Manager and Rs. 16.50 lakh for Senior Engineer. FTC posts run from Rs. 12.80 lakh to Rs. 25.60 lakh. Ammonia and Urea applicants must be working in that plant at a fertilizer complex. Other conditions, including the pay scale you must already hold, are in the notice.
