Eligibility
A diploma in Civil Engineering through a regular (non-distance) course from an AICTE-approved institute, or from a UGC-recognised or deemed university. At least 2 years of experience in building construction work in a government or public undertaking or a reputed private firm; the company's experience certificate must show its CIN or GSTIN. Reservation benefits are only for natives of Bihar.
Age on 1 November 2026: at least 21. The upper limit is 37 for unreserved men, 40 for BC, EBC, BC women and unreserved women, and 42 for SC and ST.

Download the form from bpbcc.bihar.gov.in and send it with self-attested copies of Class 10, Class 12 and diploma certificates, caste, residence, EWS, date of birth and experience certificates to the Director General of Police-cum-Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation, Kautilya Nagar, Patna 14, by post or by hand, by 25 November 2026, 5:30 PM. Email applications are not accepted. Shortlisted candidates are told the interview date by email or on the website.
