Download forms A and B from gumla.dcourts.gov.in. Fill in form A by hand in Hindi and sign it. Attach 3 recent photos, self-attested certificates and a 25 x 11 cm self-addressed envelope with a Rs. 56 stamp. Send it to the Judge-in-Charge, Civil Court, Gumla 835207, by registered or speed post or by hand, on working days from 10:30 am to 5 pm, by 20 November 2026.
