Eligibility and pay
Subject TGTs need a four-year integrated BEd with 50% from a recognised institution, or a three-year honours degree in the subject with BEd, and CTET Paper-2. JTET may be considered if CTET-qualified candidates are not available. Physical Education, Music, Librarian, Computer and Hostel Warden posts have their own qualifications in the notice.
Age must be 21 to 60 on 1 October 2026. Retired teachers from state government, KVS, NVS or recognised CBSE schools can apply up to 65 if fit to work at a residential school.
TGTs get a fixed Rs. 33,000 a month with the qualification set in the NESTS recruitment rules, or Rs. 29,000 without it. Other posts are paid at rates set by the department.

- 2Attach self-attested copies of your educational certificates, local residence certificate, Aadhaar, experience proof and other documents.
- 3Send it in a sealed envelope by registered or speed post to the District Welfare Office, Sahibganj, Jharkhand 816109, by 5 pm on 20 November 2026.
