Overview
The posts are open only to women members of NRLM self-help groups who live in Birbhum district, are on the electoral roll, and have at least 3 years of experience as CRPs, Meen Mitras, Van Sakhis, PMKs or other NRLM cadres. Applicants must be 25 to 45 on 1 January 2026. The project period is 3 years, subject to funds.

Selection and how to apply
Selection is by a 90-mark written test of 45 multiple-choice questions at Class 10 level, then a 10-mark interview. Submit the prescribed form in the drop box at the DMMU and DRDC office, 1st Floor, Suri, between 11 am and 5 pm on working days, from 29 October to 17 November 2026.
