DCPU Saran Support Person Empanelment 2026 - 20 Positions Under POCSO

The District Child Protection Unit, Saran, is making a two-year panel of 20 temporary Support Persons under the POCSO Act and Rules. The work is case-based, at Rs. 9,000 per POCSO case paid in three instalments.

The advertisement was published on 18 October 2026 and allows 21 days from that date, which we calculate as 8 November 2026.

You need a postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or Child Development, or a diploma in child rights or counselling with a degree in any faculty and three years' work experience. Three years in child rights, legal work, child psychology, counselling or a related field is desired, and work with the DLSA, DCPU, Child Welfare Committee, Juvenile Justice Board, POCSO court or Child Helpline gets priority.

You must be an Indian citizen and a resident of Saran, over 30 and under 65. You must have a clean record, with no criminal case anywhere in India, and confirm this by affidavit. Anyone blacklisted or removed by a child welfare organisation is not eligible.
