Overview
Under Advt. No. 06/2026-27, ICMR-National Institute for Tribal Health Research, Jabalpur, is filling 25 temporary contract posts on research projects. Each engagement lasts three months or until the institute's manpower outsourcing contract is finalised, whichever comes first. It gives no claim to a regular post, and people in regular government service are not eligible.

Age and conditions
Age is counted on the interview date. The limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates applying in reserved categories. Local candidates and those with higher qualifications and experience get preference. Experience must come after the essential qualification. No TA or DA is paid.

- 1Find your post's interview date in the table, and download the application format from www.nirth.res.in.
- 2Fill it in, including your full address with PIN code, mobile number and email, and two references.
- 3Bring it with copies of your certificates to ICMR-NITHR, Nagpur Road, Post Garha, Jabalpur 482003, between 9 am and 11 am. Nobody is allowed in after 11 am.
- 4Keep your original documents ready, because you must produce them before joining if selected.
