Overview
The panel is under the Gujarat Family Court (Amendment) Rules, 2023. Counsellors help the court settle marriage and family disputes. Applicants must be 35 to 65 on the last date. Women, and those who have been judges or have family counselling experience, get preference when other things are equal. The notice does not give a number of counsellors.

The list of candidates called for interview will be on the court website on 23 November, and interviews are on 26 and 27 November 2026.
