Eligibility Criteria for National Crime Records Bureau Recruitment 2024
The eligibility criteria for the post of Joint Assistant Director in the Crime Records, Administration & Training Division at the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) include:
Service:
Officers under the Central Government State Governments Union Territories or Central Armed Police Forces:
Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level-10 in the Pay Matrix (pre-revised PB-3: Rs. 15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
Experience:
Five years of experience in the field of collection, compilation, analysis, and dissemination of statistical data.
Desirable:
Possessing a degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
A master’s degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or a master’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics or Geography or Economics or Commerce from a recognized university.
