NEEPCO Limited Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualification, experience, and age limit required for NEEPCO recruitment are detailed below.
(1) Director (Technical)
Qualification:
- The candidates should be Engineering graduates with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to graduates in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Applicants with an MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management will have an added advantage.
Experience:
- The applicant should have technical/operational experience/exposure to management at a senior level in a reputed large organization, out of which at least five years should be in the field of Project Planning (Survey/Investigation/Detailed Project Report/Environmental and Forest Clearance)/ Construction/ Operation and Maintenance of Hydro/Gas/ Thermal Power Plants in the last ten years.
- Applicants having the above experience in power plants above 100 MW will have an added advantage.
(2) Chairman & Managing Director
Qualification:
- The candidates should be Engineering Graduates/Chartered Accountants/Cost accountants/Graduates with Post Graduate/MBA/PGDIM.
Experience:
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of cumulative experience/expansion in the last 10 years in a large organization of repute in Finance/Business Development/Production/Operations/Marketing/Project Management.
- Experience in the Power Sector/Large Hydropower Projects is preferred.
