Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria are different for candidates from the Government/PSU/JV sector and those from the Private Sector.
For Government/PSU/JV Employees:
- For CDA Scale Officers: Should have worked in PB-2 + GP 4200 (Pre-revised 6th CPC) or equivalent under 7th CPC for at least 2 years.
- For IDA Scale Officers: Should have worked in IDA scale of ₹16,400–₹40,500 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) or ₹12,600–₹32,500 (Pre-revised) under the 3rd PRC for at least 2 years.
For Private Sector Candidates:
- Candidates should be at the Dy. Manager level or above and must have a minimum gross salary of ₹50,000 per month.
- A minimum of 4 years experience at the executive level is required.
- The company where the candidate works should have a sales turnover of ₹75 crores in the year 2023-24.
Required Qualifications:
- Essential: The candidate must be a Graduate with a CA (Chartered Accountant) or ICWA (Cost and Works Accountant) certification.
