Age

Educational Qualifications
- Essential: Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a UGC-recognized university.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to retired officers with a background in rural development, such as Agriculture Finance Officers, Rural Development Officers, or faculty specializing in rural banking and development.
Experience and Other Criteria
- Must have retired on a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) or superannuation after at least 20 years of service, including 15 years in the officer cadre.
- Branch Manager Experience: Minimum three years in a rural branch.
- Language Proficiency: Must be well-versed in the local language.
- Residence: Should be a resident of the same state/district.
- Service Record: Must have an unblemished service record and a satisfactory certificate from the previous employer.
Leave
- Entitled to 12 days of leave per year (maximum 2 days/month).
