Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- A Degree in Engineering/Technology (specializations: Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, or Information Technology) OR
- A Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Database Administration (Oracle and Postgres), System Administration (Microsoft Windows Server and Linux/Unix), IIS Administration, and HTML 5.0 or newer.
- Familiarity with Relational Databases, Web Technologies, and Computer Networking.
- Language Proficiency:
- Knowledge of Konkani is essential. However, if no suitable candidate with Konkani knowledge is available, this requirement may be relaxed.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Marathi.
Other Requirements:
- Age limit: Not exceeding 45 years.
- Candidates must have a valid domicile certificate proving 15 years of continuous residence in Goa.
