The selection process for IOCL Apprentice posts will be based solely on merit. Candidates must first register on the NAPS/NATS portal and apply as per the notification. There will be no written test or interview.

Interested and eligible candidates must apply online through the NAPS/NATS portal for the respective discipline. The application period starts on 17th January 2025 at 10:00 AM and ends on 7th February 2025 at 5:00 PM. After registering, candidates must submit scanned copies of the required documents through a Google Form by the same deadline.
The documents should be uploaded in PDF format (maximum size 1 MB), and only one submission per candidate will be accepted.
