Eligibility Criteria
1. Faculty
- Age: 22–40 years with sound health.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any field (e.g., Arts, Science, Commerce).
- Preference for degrees like MSW, MA (Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology), B.Sc. (Agriculture/Horticulture), or B.Ed.
- Experience and Skills:
- Excellent communication in local language (mandatory) and English/Hindi (preferred).
- Proficient in teaching, computers, and typing in the local language.
2. Office Assistant
- Age: 22–40 years with sound health.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate in BSW, BA, or B.Com with computer knowledge.
- Experience and Skills:
- Basic accounting knowledge, fluency in local language, and proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and typing.
3. Attender
- Age: 22–40 years with sound health.
- Qualifications:
- It must be a matriculate.
- Ability to read and write in the local language.
Salary and Allowances for CBI Recruitment 2024:
- Faculty: ₹30,000/month + ₹2,500 Travel Allowance (FTA).
- Office Assistant: ₹20,000/month + ₹2,000 Travel Allowance (FTA).
- Attender: ₹14,000/month + ₹1,000 Travel Allowance (FTA).
- Other benefits like EPF, ESI, and gratuity are included as per the rules.
