- Should hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department.
- Or, should have at least 3 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400).
- Or, should have 5 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400).
For Officers from State Government, PSU, or Autonomous Organization:
- Should hold a regular post in a corresponding grade with the required experience.
Desirable Experience:
- Work experience in Administration, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Procurement, Policy/Project implementation, or E-Governance will be an advantage.
- Basic skills for working in a computerized office environment.
